நான்காயிரம் பேரை போஷித்த நிகழ்வில் இருந்து படிப்பினைகள்.

இன்றைய வேத வாசிப்பு பகுதியில் கிறிஸ்துவைப் போல் வாழ்க்கை நடத்த குறிப்புகள்

1. உணவில்லாது 3 நாட்கள் தன்னுடனே இருந்த மக்களைக் கண்டு 'பரிதபிக்கிறேன்' என்கிறார். இங்கு காண வேண்டிய மிக நுண்ணிய காரியம் 3 நாட்கள் அவரோடு உணவில்லாது இருந்த 4000 பேர். இயேசுவின் போதனைகளை கேட்க, செவிக்கு உணவு வேண்டி வயிற்றுப் பசியை அடக்கிய மக்கள்.

2. 'பட்டினியாய் அனுப்பிவிட்டால் வழியில் சோர்ந்து போவார்களே' என்றார். ஆக, அனுப்பினால் செவிக்கு உணவு இல்லாதிருக்கும் போது... நீண்ட தூரம் உள்ள தங்களது  வீட்டிற்குச் செல்லும் வழியில் சோர்ந்து போவார்கள், உணவு அவர்களுக்குத் தேவை என்று அறிந்தவராகக் கூறுகிறார்.

3. தேவ மைந்தன் இயேசுவின் போதனைகளைக் கேட்க வெகு தொலைவி லிருந்தும் மக்கள் வந்திருந்தனர்.

4. சில நாட்களுக்கு முன்னராகத் தான்  5 அப்பம் 2 மீன்கள் கொண்டு 7000 பேர் பசி தீர்த்த இயேசுவின் அற்புதச் செய்கையைக் கண்டிருந்தும், சீஷர்கள் அவரை கேட்கும் விதத்தைக் காணுங்கள்! " எங்கேயிருந்து அப்பத்தை கொண்டுவருவோம்". விசுவாசமில்லாத சீஷர்களை இயேசு கடிந்துக்  கொள்ளவில்லை. மாறாக "எத்தனை அப்பங்கள் இருக்கிறது" என்று வினவுகிறார். நாமும் சில நேரங்களில் இப்படித்தான் விசுவாசமில்லாது, "ஆண்டவரே இது எப்படி ஆகும்" என்று மனதிலே ஐயத்தோடே இருக்கிறோம். ஆனால் கடுகு அளவு விசுவாசத்தை தான் இயேசு தேவை என்று கூறுகிறார். ஏழு அப்பங்கள் என்ற பதில் போதுமானதாக இருந்தது. ஐயா நமக்கென இருந்த அப்பங்கள் இவை என்று சீஷர்கள் கூறவில்லை.

5. இயேசு கடடளையிட்டப்படி பந்தியிருக்கச்  செய்கிறார்கள். விசுவாசத்தினாலே செய்யப்பட்ட கிரியை.

6. இயேசு 4000 பேரை பந்தியிருக்கச் செய்து, ஸ்தோத்திரம் செய்து பிட்டு பகிரும்படி கொடுப்பதைக் காணுங்கள். இயேசு செய்யப் போவதை முன்பே அறிந்திருக்கிறார். அவர் யோவான் 5:9ல் வாசிக்கிறோம் "மெய்யாகவே மெய்யாகவே நான் உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன் பிதாவானவர் செய்யக் குமாரன் காண்கிறதெதுவோ, அதையேயன்றி, வேறொன்றையும் தாமாய்ச் செய்யமாட்டார்; அவர் எவைகளைச் செய்கிறாரோ, அவைகளைக் குமாரனும் அந்தப்படியே செய்கிறார்." ஆக அவர் செய்யப் போகும் அற்புதம் இன்னவென்று அறிந்திருக்கிறார். பிதா செய்வதைக் கண்டும் இருக்கிறார். ஆனாலும் ஸ்தோத்திரம் செய்து பிட்டுக்கு கொடுக்கிறார். பிதாவிற்கு ஸ்தோத்திரம் செய்த பின்னரே பிட்டுக் கொடுக்கிறார்.

தம்மால் நடந்தது என்ற மனமேட்டிமை வாராமல், இந்த அண்ட சராசரமும் படைத்த இயேசு (யோவான் 1:3ல் வாசிக்கிறோம் "சகலமும் அவர் மூலமாய் உண்டாயிற்று; உண்டானதொன்றும் அவராலேயல்லாமல் உண்டாகவில்லை"), ஸ்தோத்திரம் செய்யும் மனத்தாழ்மையை நாம் அனைவரும் அவரிடம் கற்க வேண்டிய பாடமல்லவா!

7. உண்டு முடித்தப் பின்னர் துணிக்கைகள் எடுக்கிறார்கள். துணிக்கைகளை வைத்து என்ன செய்யப் போகிறார்கள்? உண்டதுப் போக மிச்சம் மீதி. கொச்சையாய் சொன்னால் எச்சில் துண்டுகள். தேவனால் ஆசிர்வதிக்கப் பட்டவை எதுவும் வீணாய் போகாமல் இருக்க, பிள்ளைகளின் அப்பத்தை நாய்கள் உண்ணாதிருக்க, ஆசிர்வாதம் எப்போதும் மிகையாகவே கொடுக்கப் படுகிறது. குறைவில்லை என்பதை உணர்த்த துணிக்கைகள் சேர்க்கப் படுகின்றன. நம் வாழ்க்கையில் தேவனுடைய ஆசீர்வாதங்களை வாங்கி எத்தனை முறை "துணிக்கைகளை" வீணடித்துள்ளோம்? உதாரணமாக, எத்தனை முறை உணவை வீணடித்துள்ளோம்? நீருக்காக சண்டைப் போடுகிறோம், ஆனால், கர்த்தர் தரும் மழை நீரை சேகரிக்காமல் விட்டுவிடுகிறோம். ஆசீர்வாதங்களை வீணடிக்கும் வழக்கம் நமக்குள் மாறவில்லை!

8. தேவனுடைய வாயிலிருந்து புறப்படுகிற ஒவ்வொரு வார்த்தையினாலும் பிழைப்போம் நாம். ஆதலால் தேவ வார்த்தை எதுவும் வீண் என்று எண்ணாதீர். எனக்கு ஞாயிறு தேவ செய்தியில் ஒன்றுமில்லை என்று தள்ளிவிடாதிருங்கள் தள்ளி விடடால் வீணடிக்கிறீர்கள். வீணடிப்பது கர்த்தருக்கு ப்ரீதியானதல்ல. அறிவோம். தெளிவோம்.

கர்த்தர் உங்களை ஆசீர்வதிப்பாராக.

Feeding multitude - Learnings from 7 Loaves and few fishes

In Today's bible reading we have specific learnings on how to live like Christ.

1. Three days crowd had followed him, Jesus says "I have compassion on the multitude, because they have now been with me three days, and have nothing to eat"

2. He says "If I send them starving they may collapse midway as
Some of them were from Far off places" See the concern of people who had been with him. Collapse as in, Tired.... We can assume that three days of fasting! Or even we can assume that they might have had some food but was not enough.

3. Only a few days before Jesus had fed 5000 with 5 Loaves and 2 Fishes. Yet the disciples question him, how could we get bread for all? yet Jesus did not rebuke them. He was searching for that mustard seed faith. He asks " How many do you have?" they replied "Seven" they did not reply, Seven which could barely be suffice for 13 of us.

4. Once Jesus asks disciples to make people sit in groups, as an act of faith, they made them to sit. They did not question "How and from where bread would come" Act of faith is seen here

5. Jesus takes the loaves and gives thanks to the LORD. See here, Jesus is the creator of Universe. (John 1:3) He has seen the feeding of the multitude from the father, just as he has told in John 5:9. Still he gives thanks to the LORD.

6. Not to get that pride that Jesus did, he gives Thanks to the LORD. This is a very important lesson we need to learn from Jesus.

7. Collecting of crumbs. What would they do with left over crumbs? No one could eat with that. In another situation Jesus says "Bread meant for children should not be given to Dogs"

Another important message is blessing is always in abundance. However we waste the blessings given to us. How many times we have wasted food? We fight with other state, nation for water, but waste the rain water without storing or conserving. wasting quality has not changed in us.

Dear child of God, understand that we shall live with every word that cometh out of LORD's mouth. So never think that there are waste verses anywhere in Bible. LORD has kept them for a reason.

நற்செய்தி கைப்பிரதிகள் - தேவ சித்தம் அறிந்து கொடுங்கள்

அன்பான தேவ பிள்ளையே,

இன்று காலை நடந்த ஒரு நிகழ்ச்சி. என் மகளை அவள் படிக்கும் சிறார் பள்ளிக்கு அழைத்துச் செல்லும் வழியில் ஒரு சிறு புத்தகம் மணலில் விழுந்து கிடப்பதைக் கண்டேன். எடுத்துப் பார்த்தால் எனக்கு தெரியாத மொழியில் இருந்தது.  (கன்னடமோ அல்லது தெலுங்கோ அப்போது தெரியவில்லை)

ஆவியானவர் எடுக்கச் சொன்னார். எடுத்தேன். அந்த புத்தகம் வேதாகம பகுதி போல் தோன்றியது. மணலை தட்டிவிட்டு, மெல்ல புரட்டினேன். இரு நாட்களாக அது மணலிலும்  மழையிலும் இருந்திருக்க வேண்டும். சிறிது நையத் தொடங்கி யிருந்தது.

என் மகள் கேட்டாள் "Why daddy what book"

நான் சொன்னேன் "Daddy's Book"

முதல் பக்கத்தில் ஆங்கிலத்தில் சிறு எழுத்துகளில்  (fine print) Gospel of John Kannada என்று எழுதியிருந்தது. புத்தகத்தை எடுத்துக் கொண்டு, மகளை பள்ளியில் விட்டு விட்டு வீடு வந்தேன்.

சுவிசேஷத்தை பரப்ப பல முறைகள் உண்டு. தேவனின் அன்புச் செய்தியான யோவான் சுவிசேஷத்தை அச்சிட்டு கொடுத்திருக்கின்றனர் சிலர்.

நிச்சயம் விலையில்லா புத்தகமாகவே கொடுத்திருப்பர். இந்த நிலையில் பல ஆண்டுகள் முன்பு நடந்த சில நிகழ்வுகள் நினைவிற்கு வந்தன.

*முதல் நிகழ்வு*

ஒரு 50 வயது மதிக்கத்தக்க மனிதர்.  ஒருநாள் மாலை எங்கோ சென்றுவிட்டு வீடு திரும்பும் வழியில் ஒரு சுவிசேஷகர் அவரிடம் ஒரு கைப்பிரதியைக் கொடுத்து, ஐயா இந்த கைப்பிரதி அச்சடிக்க 5 பைசா ஆகிறது. உங்களுக்கு இலவசமாகக் கொடுக்கிறேன். ஆதலால் அதை நிச்சயம் படிப்பேன் என்று உறுதி செய்யுங்கள் என்றாராம். நான் உன்னிடம் கைப்பிரதி கேட்கவேயில்லை. இதோ 25 பைசாவை எடுத்துக்கொள். இன்னும் 4 பேருக்கு இலவசமாக கைப்பிரதியை கொடு என்று சொல்லிவிட்டு நடை கட்டியுள்ளார். வீடு வந்து சேர்ந்து தன் மகனிடம் இதை சொல்லியிருக்கிறார். அவரது மகனோ சிறிது காலத்திற்கு முன்னர் தான் கிறிஸ்துவை ஏற்றுக் கொண்டு விக்கிரக ஆராதனை செய்யாமல் வீட்டில் ஒரு சிறு கலகமே செய்து வந்தான். இவனை தாழ்த்திக் கூற அந்த தகப்பனார், பார்த்தாயா உன் இயேசுவின் கைப்பிரதிக்கு 25 பைசாவைக் கொடுத்து 4 பேருக்கு இலவசமாக கொடுக்கச் சொல்லியுள்ளேன். இந்தா 5வது பிரதி என்று கூற, மகனோ, அவர்கள் அனுபவித்த அன்பை நீங்களும் அனுபவிக்க வேன்டும் என்ற நல்லெண்ணத்தில் தான் அவர்கள் சுவிசேஷம் பிரசங்கிக்கின்றார்கள் என்றான் மகன். அப்போ இலவசமாகத்தானே கொடுத்திருக்க வேண்டும் என்று தகப்பன் வாதம் செய்ய, அதன் மதிப்பு உங்களுக்குத் தெரியவே அப்படி சொல்லியிருப்பார் என்று சுவிசேஷகரை மகன் ஆதரித்து பேச, வாக்கு வாதம் முற்றாதிருக்க மகன் அறைக்குள் சென்று தாழிட, பின்னர் அடுத்த நாள் கைப்பிரதி படிக்கப் படாமல் பழைய நாளிதழோடு இருக்கக் கண்ட மகன் வருந்தினான்.

அன்றைய ஜெபத்தில் ஏறெடுத்தான். "அப்பா, பிதாவே, உம்முடைய நற்செய்தியை அறிவிக்க நீர் யாரிடத்தில் வழிநடுத்துகிறீரோ அவர்களுக்கு மட்டும் நான் நற்செய்தி பகிரும் படியாக செய்யும். ஒருவரும் கெட்டுப்போகாமல் நித்திய ஜீவனை அடையவேண்டும் என்றாலும், கேட்டின் மகன் கெட்டுப்போவதே உம்சித்தம். ஆக, யாரிடம் இயேசுவை குறித்துச் சொல்ல வேண்டும், யாரிடம் கூடாது, நல்ல முத்துக்களை பன்றிகளின் முன் போடாதிருக்க, கர்த்தாவே நீரே உதவி செய்ய வேண்டும். இயேசுவின் மூலம் ஜெபிக்கிறேன் ஜீவனுள்ள நல்ல பிதாவே."

*இரண்டாவது நிகழ்வு*

நாட்கள் உருண்டோடின. இந்த மகனின் வாழ்க்கையில் ஆவியானவர் வழிநடத்த சுவிசேஷம் அறிவித்தான். இரண்டு பேர் இயேசுவை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டனர். மற்றோர் ஏற்க மனதில்லாதிருந்தனர்.

அவனுக்கு மிக நெருங்கிய நண்பர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே அவன் இரட்சிக்கப்பட்ட கிறித்துவன் என்று தெரியும். மற்றோர் அவனை ஒரு இந்துவாகவே கருதினர். ஆனால் ஒரு தூய வாழ்வை வாழ்ந்து வந்தான். அவன் வேலை செய்யும் இடத்தில் சிலர் அவன் கிறித்துவன் என்பதை அறிவர். அவனிடம் ஒரு பணியாளன் வந்து, "ஐயா என் தாயார் மிகுந்த உடல் நலக் குறைவுடன் இருக்கிறார். நீங்கள் சிலருக்காக ஜெபம் செய்தீர்கள் என்று அறிவேன்.  என் தாயாருக்கு ஜெபம் செய்ய உங்களை வேண்டுகிறேன். எனக்கு ஒரு தெலுங்கு வேதாகமம் கொடுங்கள். என் தாயாரிடம் கொடுக்கிறேன்" என்று கேட்டான். அவர்கள் வேலை செய்த இடம் மஹாராஷ்ராவில். தெலுங்கு வேதாகமம் தேடி வாங்க சில நாட்கள் ஆயிற்று. கையில் வேதாகமம் வந்தது. கொடுக்கலாம் என்று எடுத்துக் சென்றான். அந்த மனிதன் தொடர் விடுப்பில் உள்ளதாகவும், அவர் தாயார் மிகுந்த உடல்நிலை வியாதியுற்றிருப்பதாகவும் கூறினர். தேவ சித்தம் நிறைவேறட்டும் என்று விட்டான் மகன்.

சில நாட்கள் கழித்து ஒரு குடும்பத் தேவைக்காக வேறூர் செல்ல வேண்டியிருந்தது. 2 நாட்கள் விடுப்பு எடுத்துக் கொண்டு சென்றான் மகன். வேலை முடிந்து மீண்டும் வந்து, தெலுங்கு வேதாகமத்தை எடுத்துக் கொண்டு அலுவலகம் சென்று விசாரித்தான். அந்த பணியாளன் வேலையை விட்டுவிட்டு ஹைத்ராபாத்திற்கு சென்றுவிட்டதாக கூறினர். அந்த தெலுங்கு வேதாகமம், இன்றும் அவன் வீட்டு புத்தக அலமாரியில் உள்ளது.

என்றோ செய்த ஜெபம் எப்படி வேலை செய்கிறது பாருங்கள். தேவ சித்தம் இருந்தாலேயன்றி யாராலும் தேவனிடம் வர இயலாது. அதற்காக சுவிசேஷம் சொல்லாதிருங்கள் என்று கூறவில்லை. சுவிசேஷம் யாருக்கு சொல்ல வேண்டும் என்று தேவனிடம் கேளுங்கள். எல்லாவற்றையும் விட தேவ சித்தம் நிறைவேற வேண்டும் என்ற ஜெபத்தோடே சுவிசேஷம் சொல்லுங்கள். ஜெபம் கேட்கும் தேவன் நம் தேவன்.

இயேசுவின் உபதேசம்  "மத்தேயு 7:6 பரிசுத்தமானதை நாய்களுக்குக் கொடாதேயுங்கள்; உங்கள் முத்துகளைப் பன்றிகள்முன் போடாதேயுங்கள்; போட்டால் தங்கள் கால்களால் அவைகளை மிதித்து, திரும்பிக்கொண்டு உங்களைப் பீறிப்போடும்."

கால்களால் தேவ வசனம் மிதிபட காரணியாக இருக்காதீர்கள் தேவ பிள்ளையே. நீங்கள் யாருக்கேனும் வேதாகமமோ கைப்பிரதியோ கொடுத்தால், அந்த வேதாகமம் கைப்பிரதி படிக்கப்படாத பட்சத்தில், திரும்ப வாங்கிக் கொள்வது நலம். நம் வேதாகமம் பத்தோடு பதினொன்றல்ல. சத்திய வசனம். ஆதலால் மிகவும் கவனத்தோடு செயல்படுங்கள். இயேசுவின் போதகத்தை ஏற்காத பரிசேயரும், சதுசேயரும் இருந்தனர். இயேசுவிற்கே அந்நிலை. நாமெல்லாம் எம்மாத்திரம்! ஒரே ஒரு வாக்குதத்தத்தோடு முடிக்கிறேன். "உங்களை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளாதவன், இயேசுவை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளாதிருக்கிறான். இயேசுவை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளாதவன், இயேசுவை அனுப்பிய பிதாவை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளாதிருக்கிறான்"

கர்த்தர் உங்களுக்கு தம் சித்தம் நிறைவேற்ற வழிநடத்துவாராக. ஆமென்.

Gospel Tracts - Do the will of God

Dear Child of God,

Today (17th Oct 2016) an incident took place. I was taking my daughter to her play school and on the way I found a small booklet in some language (I could not decipher the language immediately. It was either Telugu or Kannada) As the book had been in the mud for past 2 days or so and there was slight drizzle in the evenings, the book had started to disintegrate. I asked my daughter to pick up the book and my daughter’s first reaction was surprising look. I asked her to pickup the book, as the LORD had asked me to pick it up. I seemed to me that the booklet was some evangelical literature, but as I don’t know how to read that language, I could not decipher the contents.

My daughter asked. “Daddy, what book?”

I answered, “Daddy’s book”

Then slowly and carefully I turned the pages of the book and found in the fine print stating “Gospel of John Kannada”

This incident brought memories of 2 more incidents

*Incident 1*

Several years ago, A 50 year old was returning home after some errand. An evangelist had given him a gospel tract and told him “Sir, the cost of this tract is 5 Paise. Please give me an assurance that you would read this tract” This man immediately retorted by giving 25 Paise and said, give 4 more people this tract free of cost. After reaching home, he narrated this incident to his son. His son had just then accepted Christ and was rebelling against the idol worship at home. This person had ridiculed his son stating, your Christ message is going to 4 persons at my expense! Son spoke few words and then Avoiding a severe altercation the son had gone to his room. The next day, son noticed that the tract was along with old newspaper lot and no one had read the same.

At that instance the son prayed to the LORD “Oh father, lead me to share the Gospel only to those who you want me to share. Only if it is your will, Oh father, I should share the word.”

*Incident 2*

More than a decade had gone by. The son had shared Gospel only with few people. Only 2 of them accepted Christ. However this man has lived a holy life. Only very close friends knew that he is a Christian. Rest other knew him as yet another Hindu, going by his name. Few of his office colleagues had known his faith, however he had not shared gospel at office.

One day one of the employees working in his office had come and spoken to him. “Sir, I know your faith and also know you pray for needy. My mother is sick and I request you to pray for her. Also please give me a Telugu Bible, so that I can give to her”

Taking that request this man searched for Telugu Bible all over the town. (He was residing in Maharashtra that time.) To secure a Telugu Bible took a few days time. Once secured the bible, he brought to office and when searched for the person who requested it, he was told that this employee was on leave as his mother’s health has deteriorated.

Few days later, this man of God went on a brief holiday to visit his relatives. Back to his work place, he took the bible to office and found that within this period the employee who requested the bible had resigned and got relieved on family emergency grounds and had relocated to Hyderabad. That Telugu Bible still decorates the book shelf of this man of God.

See how a Prayer prayed more than a decade back worked.

Dear child of God, be very careful in tract distribution or gospel booklet distribution. Bible is not any other newsletter. It contains words of life and truth.

I am not saying, don’t be evangelical. All I am saying is. Don’t become a reason for the holy words to be desecrated by giving tracts. Be Prayerful in evangelism and pray for the LORD’s will to be done. Remember Jesus’ teaching “Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.” Matt 7:6

I would like to close this with words of Jesus “He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.”

May LORD lead you to accomplish Father’s will. Amen

Cardinal rules of Christian Life - Part 1

Jesus has laid out few cardinal rules of Christian life. We will see them in this week series.

In his mount sermon, Jesus teaches us to pray and the words were given.

" Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.... Matt 6"

So our first rule is to Pray for Father's will be done.

Is Praying suffice?

Certainly not.

We need to do Father's will. When you read Matt 7, whilst talking about the false prophets Jesus says

"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven."

So, dear friend, are you doing the WILL OF THE FATHER? How will you do the will of the Father, unless you know it.

We saw in the previous post, Jesus would Pray early in the morning, and probably would have set an Agenda with Father. Father would show him what he needs to do.

Have we ever asked the Father to show what needs to be done?

Unless we ask, how shall we receive? Shooting in the dark room will only result in waste of bullets and destroy the furniture. Focus should be on the target. Not shooting in the dark.

How many times have we seen people going haywire to preach Gospel? Have we ever thought if that was Father's will to evangelize? Isn't LORD all able to evangelise the who world to be saved in a minute? Yes he is able.

However Father has given the humanity free will. We should not be over-smart to evangelize when it is not HIS will to pull people to Jesus. Read yesterday's Bible reading portion, if you disagree. These are Jesus' words in Gospel of John Ch 6

"No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day."

So knowing the Father's will and accomplishing the same is required even in evangelizing. For knowing Father's will, what we need to do?

In our Prayers, we need to wait on the LORD to set agenda. We need to Pray to the LORD to bring people to us, who he wants us to share the Gospel. Anyone Father doesn't want to draw, why are we toiling for them in vain?

We should ask the LORD to reveal HIS will in our lives. If you say, Oh! I never hear from the LORD, My Friend, Pray that your ears be opened. Our LORD is not like any other God or idol who could not speak. He is the LORD who lives and speaks to us. He answers our prayers not only in Miracles, but also in words, which you can hear. Ask God to speak to you.

In your lives you MUST HEAR the will of God in every step.

This is the first cardinal rule. LORD is waiting to reveal HIS WILL.

May LORD speak to you what HIS WILL for your life.

இயேசு நம் வாழ்க்கையில் கடைப்பிடிக்க வேண்டிய சில இன்றியமையாத வரைமுறைகளை கொடுத்துள்ளார்.

மலை பிரசங்கத்தில் இயேசு ஜெபிக்க கற்றுக்கொடுக்கும் போது

"பரமண்டலங்களிலிருக்கிற எங்கள் பிதாவே, உம்முடைய நாமம் பரிசுத்தப்படுவதாக; உம்முடைய ராஜ்யம் வருவதாக; உம்முடைய சித்தம் பரமண்டலத்திலே செய்யப்படுகிறதுபோல பூமியிலேயும் செய்யப்படுவதாக." (மத்தேயு 6:9-10)

ஆக, நாம் தேவனுடைய சித்தம் செய்யப்படுவதற்கு ஜெபிக்க வேண்டும்.

ஜெபித்தால் மட்டும் போதுமா?

நிச்சயம் இல்லை!

மத்தேயு 7 வாசித்தால், கள்ள தீர்க்கதரிசிகள் குறித்து இயேசு போதிக்கும் போது "பரலோகத்திலிருக்கிற என் பிதாவின் சித்தத்தின்படி செய்கிறவனே பரலோகராஜ்யத்தில் பிரவேசிப்பானேயல்லாமல், என்னை நோக்கிக் கர்த்தாவே! கர்த்தாவே! என்று சொல்லுகிறவன் அதில் பிரவேசிப்பதில்லை."

பிதாவின் சித்தத்தை நீங்கள் செய்கிறீரா நண்பரே? பிதாவின் சித்தம் என்னவென்று அறியாவிட்டால் எப்படி செய்வீர்கள்?

முந்தைய பதிவில் நாம் கண்டோம், இயேசு அதிகாலையிலேயே ஜெபம் செய்ய தனியே சென்றார். யோவான் 5:19ல் இயேசு சொல்வதைக் காணுங்கள் "மெய்யாகவே மெய்யாகவே நான் உங்களுக்குச் சொல்லுகிறேன் பிதாவானவர் செய்யக் குமாரன் காண்கிறதெதுவோ, அதையேயன்றி, வேறொன்றையும் தாமாய்ச் செய்யமாட்டார்; அவர் எவைகளைச் செய்கிறாரோ, அவைகளைக் குமாரனும் அந்தப்படியே செய்கிறார்."

ஆக, தேவன் இயேசுவிற்கு செய்து காட்டுகிறார்.

நாம் தேவனிடம் "நான் என்ன செய்ய வேண்டுமோ அதை எனக்குச் செய்து காட்டும் கர்த்தாவே" என்றாவது கேட்டிருப்போமா? கேட்டால் தானே பெற்றுக் கொள்வோம்? ஒரு இருட்டறையில் நாம் துப்பாக்கி கொண்டு சுட்டால், அந்த அறையில் உள்ள பொருட்களை வீண் செய்வோம், குண்டுகள் வீணாகும். சுட வேண்டியது அந்த அறையில் இல்லாமல் கூட இருக்கலாமல்லவா?

எவ்வளவு முறை நாம் கண்டிருக்கிறோம், தேவ செய்தியை கைப்பிரதி மூலமாக, வேதாகமம் மூலமாக இருட்டறையில் சுடுவது போலே கொடுக்கும் மக்களை? அது தேவ சித்தமா? நற்செய்தி அறிவிக்க இயேசு பணித்தார். ஆம்.

ஆனால் அவரே தான் மலைப் பிரசங்கத்தில் சொல்லுகிறார், பிதாவின் சித்தம்படி செய்பவனே பரலோக ராஜ்யத்தில் பிரவேசிப்பான்.

ஒவ்வொரு முறை தேவ செய்தியை, கைப்பிரதியை நீங்கள் கொடுக்கும் போதும், தேவனுடைய சித்தம் இது தானா என்பதை அறிந்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்.

நம் தேவனால் கூடாத காரியம் ஒன்றுமில்லை. அவராலே இந்த உலகத்தில் உள்ள அனைவரையும் ஒரே நிமிடத்தில் இரட்சிக்க முடியும். ஆனால் அது தேவ சித்தமா? இல்லை. ஒவ்வொரு மனிதனுக்கும் நன்மை தீமை தெரிந்துக் கொள்ளூம் பகுத்தறிவை (Free Will) தேவன் கொடுத்திருக்கிறார். நாம் நற்செய்தி பரப்புகிறோம் என்றெண்ணி தேவ சித்தத்தை விட்டு விலகலாமா? இயேசு யோவான் 6ல் கூறுகிறார்

"பிதாவானவர் எனக்குக் கொடுக்கிற யாவும் என்னிடத்தில் வரும், என்னிடத்தில் வருகிறவனை நான் புறம்பே தள்ளுவதில்லை."

நாம் செய்ய வேண்டியது ஒன்றே. தேவ சித்தம் என்னவென்று அறிந்து கொள்வது.

நாம் ஜெபிக்கும் போது கர்த்தருக்கு காத்திருந்த்து, நாம் என்ன செய்ய வேண்டும் என்பதை அவரிடம் தெரிந்து கொள்வதே.

நம் கர்த்தர் அற்புதம் செய்பவர் மட்டுமல்ல, அவர் பேசும் தெய்வம். மற்ற தேவர்களைப் போலே பேசாத விக்கிரகம் அல்லவே. அவர் பேசும் வார்த்தைகளை கேட்க முடியாதிருக்கும் நண்பர்களே, இன்றே உங்கள் செவியை திறந்தருள வேண்டிக் கொள்ளுங்கள். 

தேவனுடைய சித்தத்தின்படி நம் வாழ்வில் செய்வதே முதல் இன்றியமையாத வரையறை.

சித்தத்தின்படி செய்ய, தேவ சித்தத்தை அறிய வேண்டும். அறிவதற்கு அவர் பேசும் வார்த்தையை கேட்க வேண்டும்.

தேவ சித்தத்தை உங்கள் செவிகளால் கேட்டறியுங்கள். அவர் தம் சித்தத்தை உங்களுக்கு வெளிப்படுத்த காத்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார்.

கர்த்தர் உங்களோடே அவர் சித்தம் குறித்து பேசி வழி நடத்துவாராக. ஆமென்.

Forgiving - Christ like living

To forgive is Christ like

In old testament we see that LORD God says in levicticus 11:45 that I am lord who is holy, hence you also be holy.

Also we see in Genesis 1:27 that LORD had made  man in his likeness and forgiving is God like, as we see in Genises 3:21 LORD clothed Adam and Eve with garments made of animal hides, after their disobedience.

Hence forgiving has been man's natural instinct, as LORD God had been forgiving the mankind from transgressions ever since they disobeyed.

However transgressions has started ruling the man kind that it over powered natural forgiving quality that we were created with.

Hence it was required for Jesus to come to this world to display the perfect God like attributes, one such attribute is forgiving

We christians should follow the foot steps of our Lord Jesus, as he is the only perfect example we can follow

We all know that Jesus even when he was on the Cross he prayed to the Father to forgive the people who have done the unpardonable.

During his ministry we see Jesus had given importance to forgive the sins ahead of healing people of their severe sickness (Mark 2)

In the mount sermon when Jesus teaches us to pray 'forgive ours debts as we forgive others debts' (Matthew 6;12 )

Hence it is expected of us to forgive

In the parable of unmerciful servant Jesus convludes the Parable 'if u don't;t fogive your brother¡¯s mistake, Father in heaven will not forgive yours' (Matthew 18)

Hence it is clear that without forgiving others one can not have true salvation.

Today let us examine ourselves if we have indeed have forgiven our neighbor. If not, let us go to the presence of Lord to learn forgiving  and ask for a heart that would forgive.
